How do I get rid of an old knife set?
Is there somewhere I should take it
Should each knife be wrapped up to protect the garbage man, or should the set be donated? Any suggestions..It's still a half decent set, that cuts pretty well. Nothing missing, my hubby just got a replacement set recently. So, we don't know what to do with the old one.
take them to your local thrift store or consignment shop. Are they the kind in a butch block set?
When knives come new they are all wrapped individually with a little piece of cardboard or heavy stock paper. Perhaps you can wrap them in the same manner.
